Find and discard With All My Heart to give Dirge Bullets Quietus so that they do not enter graveyard after discarding them to other cards. Adagio and Curiosity serve as ways to dig through the deck and trigger anything with Quietus.
Two copies of Upgrade Echo allow for a steady stream of Dirge Bullets over each turn, so there's something for With All My Heart to grant Quietus to each turn. "Create 3" Echo is usually preferred for shorter fights, but this can suffice for short and long fights.
It's not a perfect system that stays clear of clutter all the time. Sometimes Bullets slip through when you run out of ways to discard them. The "move 3" version of Ballad can help pull up non-Quietus Bullets before you apply another With All My Heart on them. "Exhaust All Dirge in Graveyard" can also be a helpful alternative for de-cluttering.
This variant of Milk & Pong is mainly as an alternative discard source when Flowers are missing or when someone who isn't Nia is taking the third slot. It can be omitted if not to your liking. Milk & Pong discarding With All My Heart can rapidly clog your hand, giving you four or five Heart Bullet tokens. If you do end up making Heart Shakers without Quietus, it's preferred to manually use them to keep them out of rotation - as an added bonus, they could potentially discard an unused Quietus Dirge Bullet or With All My Heart for more fodder. Discount Divine is optional, but it can really help in aiding sequencing.
"Scale with Bullets discarded" Pistol is the preferred variant and ideally discarded last, but you can also substitute with "3 Resonance + trigger Resonance 5 times" as an alternative.
This variant of Adagio is quite flexible in deciding where your discarded cards go, but you can easily substitute with "draw 2, topdeck 2" (similar discard volume) or "discard 1, draw 2 of that combatant" (card selection) variants. Divines are optional.
Nia's equipment and engraves are largely irrelevant, but any general supportive equipment is nice, as are any "draw after discarding Quietus" engraves.
