Step One: Play your upgrades and Effulgent Expansion IV.
Choose Triple-1.
It's recommended to use Hero to All to apply [Link] to a 0-cost to discard Effulgent Expansion IV early
(or Cassius' Shuffle)
Step Two: Play Sword Rain III.
This will generate 2-3 Triple 1's, it's recommended to play a skill at this point to get commence hits on these as well.

This build utilizes Sword Rain III’s ability to activate Hugo’s Commence the Hunt 5x at full value with every Sword Rain III use, presuming you have at least 5 blades in discard (hence Expansion IV). Build is extremely straightforward, generally it uses Hero to All IV to increase odds of tutoring Cassius’ pop-eyed early + triple-1 cassius as Heide can proc this quest extremely efficiently as 3rd-slot buffer, with both Heide and Cassius playing skills and attacks to drive Hugo to do massive amounts of damage. This build works essentially the same with Selena without needing to play around Hunt Stacks (instead requiring you to play your coord skills before Sword Rain III).
