Step One: Play your Cassius and Selena Buffs (important to play Drone Bombing & Powerscope as early as possible).
Note: [Initiation] Divine on a Draw card, such as Re-Organize or Ebony Lumen can make it much easier to draw Pop-Eyed Early, which is extremely important for a consistent turn-1.
Step Two: Ravage the Boss with Sereniel Cards, likely Homing Laser IV (First Ravage can be done during Step 1).
Step Three: Restore the enemies' tenacity via Tactical Maneuver then repeat Step 2 and 3 until out of Tac Maneuvers.
Step Four: Use Pale Shooting Star to avoid Homing Laser-L overflow.
Prioritizing usage of Homing Laser-L over Homing Laser IV will also help prevent overflow versus multiple or low-tenacity enemies.
Proof of Use by me (FSO-1). I use 3 HL instead of 4 because deck was farmed before editing 4 was easier and I have E2 (which makes 4 annoying to use for T1).
Sereniel's best teams utilize Homing Laser IV's start-of-turn move effect to avoid the need to draw Homing Lasers, alongside Homing Lasers' innate ability to move to hand after use upon Ravage. Selena (Sereniel Support) is integral to these teams, as she represents the only way to restore enemies' tenacity bar to enable multiple Ravages in the game, with each Ravage creating an additional 2 Homing Laser-L’s from Shining Core III. Selena also activates 2 Extra Attacks, after playing her High-Powered Scope IV and Drone Bombing IV, for every 1 Sereniel attack, making Selena do the bulk of Standard Sereniel teams’ damage. In cases where enemy has no tenacity, Sereniel tends to perform subpar, requiring an entirely different setup that is not recommended and is much less consistent. Furthermore, Standard Sereniel decks utilize AP-Divine on Homing Laser to play a high quantity of high-cost cards, typically alongside a controller or psionic unit with high-cost neutral morale epiphanies (Cassius*, Rei, Narja). Cassius is the recommended ally for a 3rd out of all options, as he can buff her the most (see his Sereniel Support deck), provide high draw for a controller from Quests, and his ability to do Instinct attacks which will raise tenacity damage against a boss, especially in conjunction with Plasma Missile III. Though, do note that most of Cassius' buffs will likely be through neutral cards, meaning alternative psionics/controllers will not be too far behind, especially in the case of OTK.
