This is a 1 turn setup DPS Maribell deck and can do 150K+/turn
To get the Owen deck, you need to not trigger at least 1 epiphany and the missing epiphany cannot be Wind Riding.
Sphere of Randomness isn't necessary on Owen because you can do the 1 turn setup without it and it's unlikely you'll reach the shield limit, but it helps raises the potential of this team.
You should be playing Voluntary Control at the end of the turn.
Prioritize using Wind Charge and cards that give resolve, then Shackles of Hunger, then Shelter Strike.
Bottomless Hunger is ideally used when you have at least 1 Wind Charge in hand.
20 extra faint memory on Maribell for future seasonal items.
You can also replace the gear bag on Narja for future seasonal items.

I appreciate your effort and suggestions. I'll explain my thoughts on each deck below
Deck 1 (No): It looks like the main focus of this deck is to play another Shelter Strike, making it a 7-hitter per turn. I don't like this deck for two main reasons:
You're sacrificing Corrupted Core; Assuming you can make 4000 shield per turn, if you had Corrupted Core, you would gain a 800 shield for the next turn. The amount of extra damage you would deal because of the retained shield can be calculated by multiplying the retained shield value by the number of Shelter Strike hits, so 800*6 = 4800. This is already better than having another Shelter Strike (7-hitter) even without considering the extra shield you would gain because of the +15% Defense from Corrupted Core.
You're gambling with Forced Learning Apparatus; it's highly likely you'll brick at least once or twice which would force you to use Shelter Strike early defeating the purpose of the extra Shelter Strike in your deck.
Extra: No Crit weapons for Maribell, less total resolve/shield because 60 faint memory is being used for a copy and an ap divine on Maribell, and these decks can only be farmed on Lab 0 (bad because you can't use new seasonal stuff).
Deck #2 (4/10): Another variation of the 7-hit per turn Shelter Strike. I thought about a deck like this before, but the reason I don't like it is because if Voluntary Control is the last card in the deck, or it's after Shackles of Hunger and you've drawn all of your Shelter Strikes, you're forced to use Shackles of Hunger without the extra 3 activations resulting in a way lower total shield value for Shelter Strike to deal damage on.
Notes: You've overlooked the fact that you could put "Forbidden: Gesture of Freedom" on Owen instead of the iron wall to free Maribell from Lab 0 by removing the need for the Confiscation with 1 ap.
Deck #3 (No): I don't like this deck for the same reasons as Deck #1. I think it's really creative to use Sylvia to discard Eternal Hunger however you could just use "Forbidden: Gesture of Freedom" and not need Sylvia, or use a Harmonization Divine for 2 ap next turn instead of the reduce cost divine on Voluntary Control.
Extra: I don't know the purpose of Pulverize, but I think it would be better to just get more Resolve from Maribell. Pulverize would trigger Owen's Wind Charge, so it's not good.
Deck #4 (4/10): I don't like it for the same reason as Deck #2, and my thoughts for this deck are the same as for what I said about Deck #3

and yeah sadly you can't avoid the little gamble aspect if you play to keep the 15% on narja on the decks i shown at least. it's either glorious res or sadism but you end gambling anyway. tho i don't think forced learning is that bricky 🤔 getting 5 brick before getting use of 4 cards ? you would need to be really unlucky imo
Forced Learning may not be that bricky, but it's still limiting Narja by forcing her deck to be built in Lab 0.
We either need a hybrid of Veronica and Narja, or a new neutral card that costs 1 or less, can have a divine draw, and draws 1 on the next turn, otherwise a 4 Shelter Strike Maribell build is too clunky. We'll have the Season 4 preview soon, so there's a chance something good will get added 😖
but isn't it ok if you play corrupted core on owen then ?
Owen needs the Confiscation with ap, so Maribell would be able to hold it but she would be missing out on her crit gear.
The only way to know for sure if adding Forced Learning would be good would be to test the deck. How much shield you're losing by having 4 Shelter Strikes and Forced Learning and no +15% for Narja would need to be calculated, but I'm pretty sure the deck wouldn't perform any better.

i wonder if harmonization proc twice. if not then i need to find a way to activate the card instead of using it. anyway problem of draw i need to find something else

Deck #5 (Holy Greed 😭): This deck escaped from the Chaos. Problems:
At least you only have to play this for 10 turns since you'll be dead by the 11th turn because of Glorious Resistance
