Anchor Shot does not count as Creating an Attack Card in Drawpile! Very fun SG (:
Anchor Shot does not count as creating an attack card in draw-pile despite that being what it literally does and also what the text states (:
Haru is one of the few characters who can make full use of Battlefield Evolution, since she creates in Draw Pile. This setup takes full use of that by using Nia instead of Veronica or Renoa in order to efficiently activate the 'Extra Attack' condition. Could alter to use other Charge Energy, but this setup gains an additional 35% CDMG vs normal so the 20% crate becomes more competitive.

No need to specifically go with Nia if you want to proc the set that much. divine trigger coord on random ally is enough. Also, except if i'm missing something, i believe the present global deck you show here at the date i'm writting this message (https://cznmetadecks.com/team/1cbf34f7b01bf434d240c0ca4ed920498582ef537c0df513a2850fad4c766d57 ) is not fully drawing itself (+7 with 9 bricks) and with 2 draw mutation you're barely able to cycle IF the card at the bottom of the deck is the 9th brick (+9 with 9 bricks ), obviously not counting turns with inflated draw via ego or w.e.
Random Coord is RNG, would need multiple to get it active turn 1-2 while Nia is guaranteed. That being said, set doesn't work on Haru because it doesn't currently count as her creating a card with her create Anchor effect.
It's true it's barely able to cycle, can fix via soul rip neutral draw. I didn't fix it up more though because set doesn't even work on Haru, as notes say, so deck currently doesn't matter and there's no point to go through effort (as new set only worth if you can activate all 3)
