Step One: Draw as many Haru cards as possible via Veronica's Repose I and play Charge Energy III.
Step Two: Reduce the cost of Haru's Create Anchor Shot via Narja's Bottomless Hunger and/or Gesture (if using Gesture make sure to use BEFORE Creates as all Creates will get it as well).
Step Three: Apply [Retrieve] to Create Anchor Shot once via Anchor Pointer I, then repeat one more time.
Keep in mind that Anchor shot creations copy all current buffs/divines on it, so it's best to use any targeted buff BEFORE creating.
Step Four: With the creations made, now they can be drawn on future turns and played together. Just make sure to cost-reduce all of them.
Note: Lift Anchor only buffs one hit, it's recommended to just keep it [Retain]-ed in hand for an easy additional buff to all hits via Charge Energy III, rather than using it.

Most popular Haru build among top-ranking players. This build utilizes Anchor Shot IV (Copy Anchor Shot on use (max: 2)) and Anchor Pointer I (Apply [Retrieve] to Anchor Shots in hand) to essentially allow you to do 3 attacks for every Anchor Pointer, instead of the typical 1-2 with other options. It's important to use Narja's Cost-Reduction on the Anchor Shots before [Retrieve] or Move effects in order to keep them permanently 0-Cost. Haru's E2 or Season 1's Forbidden: Gesture can also be used as alternatives (Created Anchor Shots keep the Cost-Reduction from Gesture), but Narja's cost-reduction is the most consistent option. This build, while perhaps her strongest, can be hard to pull off without especially strong supports compared to other versions, as it has more cards that need to be drawn.
