A Diana deck that aims for consistency instead of randomness

As for most of the decks I try to craft, the main goal is to have a comfy and fun deck that can reliably execute its planned combo while having decent sustain. It is by no means optimized to deal the most damage / one shot bosses.
Most equipments and refinements are suggestions. Some explanations and alternatives can be found in the "Details" section of this guide.
Abc -> Combattant
Abc -> Card
Abc -> Mechanic
Abc / Abc / Abc -> Equipment
[Abc] -> Memory fragment set
Making a consistent Diana deck is an absolute Zero Chaos Nightmare, as even a single Heart Shaker can discard a Quietus card that would have been better used later in the combo. Using only Heart Breakers could be a potential solution, but we then lose a big part of Diana's potential damage. So we are left with only two choices: embrace the "random bullshit go" or find a way to ensure every single combo piece can be optained before triggering the random discards.
While the first option can be very strong with the help of Dream World, I personally don't like the passive play it generates and the loss of control over the game plan. So we're going for option two with probably the most complex of my "Simple" decks so far. It isn't 100% reliable and needs a good understanding of the plan to pilot it properly, but even then, the very fact that it is a consistent-ish Diana deck is already a small miracle.
The goal for the setup is to play all the upgrade cards while using the least amount of AP possible.
Echo of Sorrow will always be part of the starting hand and will usually be the first card to play (as it will also enable the extra draw from Flower of Devoured Fate)
Mute Accent and Soul Riff are ideally activated via Renoa's Persona card or G Chord. It is fine if any of these two aren't activated on the first turn, it is better to prioritize the combo and use them as discard fodder if needed (though Soul Riff is the main source of sustain so having it active early is preferred).
Finally, With All My Heart should be easily activated by discarding it.
All of this will usually be done while following the noröal turn plan
The suggested deck will generate the following each turn (considering all effects are applied to their maximum potential):
In order to avoid filling up the deck, one of the main goals is to make sure all of these generated cards are properly exhausted before the turn ends. To that end, there isn't a surefire combo that can always be played, but rather multiple combinations of cards that we want to play in a specific order.
Starting from turn 2, the starting hand will have 8 cards:
This can make hand space tricky to manage, so the first cards to play are those that will free some space, namely Nia and Diana's Persona cards and Renoa's Black Veil (after turn 5, Black Veil should be used as discard foffer instead).
Actively use Attack! to get Nia's Persona card or one of the two other attack cards in the deck to avoid wasting its draw. Also play Soul Riff as soon as possible in order to get as many Extra Attacks as possible.
The next step is to cycle cards to get all the pieces we need. To that end, we can either use Adagio or Flower of Devoured Fate if we have enough hand space (can only be played with 8 or less cards in order to get the full draw). G Chord can also be used after the Exhaust Adagio to play a card for "free".
The priority targets to discard are Pistol of Purification, Renoa's Persona card (best used when one of Nia's upgrade cards is in hand to play it for free) and Instant Judgement. For the Exhaust version of Adagio that will move the discarded card back to the deck, try to prioritize Quietus cards when possible. You can also discard cards that are needed at the end of the combo if you don't have other options.
The next priority is to start generating Dirge Bullets using the other version of Flower of Devoured Fate. We want to play it before using With All My Heart (ideally using With All My Heart as discard fodder) whenever possible in order to make sure Renoa's bullets get the Quietus tag.
Once bullets get the Quietus tag, you can start using C'mere, Milk & Pong and the second Flower of Devoured Fate to discard them while generating Heart Shakers and more Dirge Bullets. Prioritize discarding the Dirge Bullets first to avoid any random discards from Heart Breaker's effect. Conversely, if the hand is too full play a single Heart Breaker to get rid of a few cards (at worst, a single Heart Shaker might end up in the discard pile without being exhausted).
To finish things off, we can play Ballad of Pitch Black to retrieve any non-exhausted Dirge Bullets, activate the last With All My Heart and play Blooming Love to discard all bullets left in hand. The discarded Heart Shakers shouldn't have much left to discard at this point (which is exactly our goal), but the generated Resonance will be fully consumed during the next turn.
디아나While Theater of Illusions is the easiest Chaos to get good engravings, you can also go for Swamp of Judgement for some good generic pieces.

Refinements
The upgrade version of With All My Heart can be changed to the standard "Apply Quietus" version if hand space at the start of turn is an issue. This will require an extra draw to fully cycle the deck however.
Copies are split 3/2 with With All My Heart to get the maximum consistency. The cost reduction divine epiphany is preferred to the draw to make hand space easier to manage.
Pistol of Purification uses the common draw epiphany to serve as "free" discard fodder. Other versions can increase damage but would slightly reduce consistency.
Blooming Love provides the extra discard needed to process all the generated Quietus cards while also cleaning up the hand. Since we plan on playing it at the very end of the combo, the draw divine epiphany isn't mandatory but can help finish cycling the deck or continue the combo if this card has to be played earlier.
Diana's Persona card uses the "Move to hand" engraving only for the extra Exhaust stacks. The effect itself is ignored since we want Lux engravings.
소피아Diana's signature partner the best for personal damage while having some extra draw with her Ego Skill.
자넷
키아라
세리테아Other 5* partners can be used, but most of the boosts won't apply to the Extra Attacks which make up over half of Diana's damage.
아카드
캐로티Both 4* partners can be used if there are no better options with Akad being slightly better.
유리While being the worst in terms of boosts, Yuri can help with bad turns thanks to the 2 draw on her Ego Skill.
레노아Similar to Diana, Theater of Illusions is the easiest Chaos to get good engravings while Swamp of Judgement has some good generic equipments that can also be easliy obtained.

The basic skill card is kept to have a source of shield for the [Starlight and Dreams] set. It requires 5 turns for the full buff though, so it can be removed if you don't like it (that will require one of the divine epiphanies to be removed).
The Persona card only has 3 Exhaust stacks, meaning we lose +90% potential damage on bullet cards. This however makes it easier to activate the card as it can be discarded, and it can also serve to activate Nia's upgrade cards for free. This does require Renoa to have at least one Umbra engraving, but the draw one is quite good for this deck so it's not that much of an issue.
Flower of Devoured Fate epiphanies are split 2/2 in order to have both draw and Bullet generation.
자넷
키아라
세리테아While Kiara is Renoa's signature partner, all three of these 5* partners will have similar impacts for this team since we aren't trying to flood the deck with bullets.
아카드
캐로티Similar to Diana, both 4* partners can be used if there are no better options with Akad still being slightly better.
유리Yuri is still usable here for the same reasons as for Diana. Her Ego skill alone makes her the best 3* partner of the game, sometimes even for off-class combattants.
니아It is recommended to run Theater of Illusions as the easiest Chaos to get good engravings or Blue Pot to be able to obtain Torture Toolbox (if it isn't already on another combattant).
Weapon

Tentacles of a Ruined Age is the best weapon to support the team damage. As Nia is here as a support before anything, any weapon can do.
Armor
Torture Toolbox is needed to easily activate the engraving effects for the whole team. It is higly recommended to have it on at least one combattant in the team.
Accessory
There is no required accessory for this build to work.

Refinements
Though G Chord isn't that useful, it is unfortunately part of the starting cards which means removing it would consume 20 Faint Memory. Using it in combination with Adagio helps control which card is activated while the neutral draw makes it slightly less bad. The "Check the top 3 cards" version can also be used, but we then lose the extra draw.
The skill version of Soul Riff is a non-negligeable source of damage as this deck will usually discard ~20-25 cards per turn. The upgrade version is the main source of sustain for the team.
While we only keep two copies of Adagio, this still results in 4 discard which should be enough when combined with Diana and Renoa's. Other version can also be used, but this one is usually the most versatile and can activate the [Glory's Reign] set.
Nia's Curiosity is a double edged sword. While it is a great tool to find the cards you need, it can completely brick the combo if it finds With All My Heart before needing it which can be frustrating.
Considering half of the team's damage comes from Extra Attacks not tied to an attack card, this Persona card isn't as important as for other teams. It i still a good source of damage increase and can serve as discard fodder in the worst case.
Funnily enough, there are only 3 attack cards in the deck meaning Attack! can whiff if they have already be drawn. I still like to have it in my decks as it makes drawing the Persona card early much easier. If going for a different Persona card (or no Persona card), it can be removed to get a third copy of Adagio instead.
닉스Nyx is the best option for almost all Controller combattants (apart from their signature partner) with a team-wide buff in her passive and hand cycling in her EGO skill.
알리사
아르웬The available 4* partners won't have much impact for the team, but there are no other alternatives anyway.
유리Will reduce the team's survivability, but the extra draw from the Ego skill is worth considering.

Personal deck score (1=bad, 5=good)
Deck obtention: 3 -> The deck itself isn`t too hard to obtain, but it can be annoying to get the correct engravings in addition to good equipment.
Ease of use: 2 -> While the deck is made to try and maximize consistency, there is still some randomness left that can brick a turn. Hand space management and draw can also be quite complex and multi-wave fights can be annoying if bullet cards are not properly exhausted.
Power: - ->TODO
Sustain: 5 -> Nia has absolutely no trouble sustaining the team as long as her Soul Rift is enabled. The only danger comes from one-shots, but enemies should usually be dead before they get to that point.
